To the outside is off road parking for one car and a front enclosed patio garden with furniture. Situated in a stunning location, Saltwater will make a great coastal holiday at any time of the year.Accommodation Summary
All ground floor. Three double bedrooms, two seaward facing, one bedroom has a zip/linked bed that can be presented as a twin bedroom on request and this bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Large and private seaward facing patio plus communal lawn garden with sea views and furniture. Utility room. Underfloor heating throughout with individual room heating controls.

Cornwall's Airport is less than a fifteen minutes drive away. Please note that this property does not supply toddler and baby equipment, you will need to bring your own.
