Outside is a sun terrace expanse lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue plus off road parking for two cars.

The superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive. Just a few miles west are the superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath and pretty as a picture Padstow. 1 pet welcome at £25 per week
