The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an aga range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of books, dining seating and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double and twin serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a gravelled garden with barbecue and off-road parking for two cars.

This is a charming secluded base to explore Cornwall, whatever time of year. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Tintagel Castle approximately 12 miles and Bodmin Moor approx 8 miles.
Beach approx 7 miles/10 minute drive with surfing and surf shops. Camel Trail cycle route is approx 3 miles away. Surfing, walking, cycling, golfing guests etc welcome.
