Mulberry Cottage is set within Maenporth Valley and the Village of Gardens, near Falmouth, beaches within a miles and the town of Falmouth just 3 miles where you will find all the local amenities, including pubs, shops and restaurants. There are two bedrooms sleeping up to four people and a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower over.
The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside there is a patio area for private use and also a large communal gardens on which children can play or sit and relax with a picnic. The property has off road parking for one car, there is also visitors parking nearby and onsite facilities including a small plunge pool (seasonal opening times, not available until Easter) and tennis court. Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort. Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted on this site.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Restaurant and pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: The property accept maximum 4 people including children and infants. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time.
Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.
