Trelease is a charming holiday home in the popular Pendra Loweth village. The property is well furnished and tastefully decorated with three spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms. There is an open plan living area, pretty outdoor area, perfect for breakfast or a barbecue in the evening. An allocated parking space is another bonus to this lovely retreat.
Stepping out there are plenty of on site amenities to enjoy, the award winning communal gardens, plunge pool (not available until Easter 2021), Jacuzzi and ball courts then stepping outside Swanpool and Maenporth beach are only 1 mile away. The South West coast path is close by and is perfect for a dayÂ's exploring the scenic views around the Helford in one direction and Falmouth in the other.
Falmouth town is well worth visiting to stroll through the narrow streets visiting shops, restaurants and bars or the acclaimed National Maritime Museum. Further afield there is the market town of Helston, City of Truro, Lizard peninsula. Trelease is in the perfect location to explore Cornwall at any time of the year.

Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.
