Kerbenetty is in the village of Portloe in Cornwall. It has three bedrooms including a double with en-suite facilities, a double and a twin room as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars (Please note - steep drive) and a patio with furniture and a barbecue.

Garden with patio, furniture and BBQ/Fire bowl. Two dogs welcome at £15 each per week. Sorry, no smoking. Harbour beach 1 min walk. Pub 1 min walk. Note: the unique setting and position of this property mean that children should be supervised. Note: As a traditional Cornish cottage, this property has internal steps throughout and the stairs are steeper than those found in a more modern property.
A handrail is fitted to one side.
