Two bedrooms: 1 x super-king size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove.
Facilities
Electric central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games.
Initial supply of logs included (1st October to 30th April bookings only). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed gravelled and patio area to rear and front. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 3 miles.
Note: Due to location on sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead. Note: Due to river on site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: No EE signal at the property, other networks do work. Note: This property does not have an electric vehicle charging point. If you wish to charge your electric vehicle via a three-pin domestic plug socket, permission will need to be granted in advance by the owner and a supplementary charge of £35.00 will need to be paid in advance of your arrival.
From 2026 property is now fitted with solar panels with out commitment towards being eco-friendly.
