Outside, the large lawned garden is a treat on balmy summer afternoons, bicycle storage and external utility room. There is parking for one car, but please note – access to the neighbouring cottage is across the front of the property. Tucked on the outskirts of the village of Bouth, the cottage is handily located for exploring Lake Windermere and its surrounding towns and villages.

Hop on board a boat from Lakeside Pier, 5 miles away, to admire the mountain backdrop and serene water from a different perspective, disembarking at Bowness-on-Windermere or Ambleside for some retail therapy and a hearty lunch.
