No telephone. No freezer. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled area and private patio with furniture. Shared grounds of approximately 2 acres with woods. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins drive. Pub 8 mins walk. Note: The washing machine is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own. Please note that during February some external painting will be carried our maintenance lady.
