Sunnywell is a stone cottage located in the village of Lanivet in Cornwall. It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite and a twin zip/link room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire.
To the exterior you will find plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio with furniture. Sunnywell is a fabulous, cosy cottage located ideally for touring this wonderful region.Accommodation Summary
Over two floors.Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, WC and basin, 1 x twin (zip/link can be super king-size double on request).
Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. External utility with small table tennis table.

Oil fired central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread and a stair gate cannot be fitted, children to be supervised.
Please note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8. Please note: Booking must be made within a Saturday - Saturday week, but can check in and out on any day. Bookings cannot fall over a weekend period.
