Electric central heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, undercounter fridge and table top freezer, slow cooker, air fryer and washing machine. WiFi, 3 x Smart TV. Guests need own account for lounge TV apps/log out before check out. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 3 cars.
Enclosed rear garden with furniture and unfenced pond. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop and restaurant 1 mile. Note: Steep slopes in garden and unfenced pond, children to be supervised at all times. Note: max of 4 people inc infants. Note: Check-in time is from 4pm. Note: There is a power supplement charge in Winter months between 1st October - 31st March.

Note, as the owners appreciate guests have different preferences for washing powder or capsules, these are not provided, can guests please remember to bring some with them.
Accommodation Summary
All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bathrooms have grab handles for toilet and shower and a shower stool is available. Open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with electric woodburner.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, undercounter fridge and table top freezer, slow cooker, air fryer and washing machine. Smart TV in each bedroom and lounge. Guests will need their own log in details for aps and please do log out before check out. DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power incl in rent April - September.
Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden to rear with furniture and unfenced pond.
