The stylish barn conversion is full of character, with exposed brickwork, industrial-style fixtures and fittings, and nautical-themed accessories. On the ground floor is a vast, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a striking, double-height window that bathes the whole area in natural light. At one end is a sleek kitchen area, where you can prepare delicious feasts to share at the breakfast bar or around the wooden dining table.

After dinner, retire to the cosy lounge area to watch the Smart TV next to the roaring wood burner. Completing the ground floor are two inviting twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Heading inland, you'll find plenty of attractive towns and villages in The Broads, including Wroxham (16 miles) with its waterside eateries, boat hire companies, and network of walking trails.
