Balcony cottage is situated in the heart of Cawsand with great ‘right out to sea' views, and occupies the first two floors of a Grade II listed, 18th cent. cottage snuggling in with its neighbouring cottages. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms – two double, one a king-size and a twin. There is a ground floor dining room and kitchen along with a shower room and first floor living room and family bathroom.
