Embrace your elevated position and take in the vistas from every window in the property, with some of the best views from the main bedroom across beautiful rolling hills.

Unwind in the bright and airy open-plan living area with sloping ceilings, snuggled up with a good book or in front of the TV. Although the large window allows lots of light in, the room becomes a cosy haven in the evening with the curtains drawn and the lamps switched on. If walking is your thing, make sure you take the footpath to the coast accessed directly from the house. You’ll end up at Lannacombe beach (2 miles), a superb stretch of sand nestled within a bay. Carry on along the South West Coast Path to Start Point Lighthouse (2 miles), before reaching Beesands (4 miles) with its mile-long shingle beach.
