Beadnell is a delightful coastal village which offers a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as a picturesque harbour, 16th century tower and old lime kilns. You will be close to the stunning horseshoe-shaped beach, which extends for over 3 miles. Beadnell Bay is renowned for an array of water sports, including surfing, body boarding, water-skiing and sailing.

From Beadnell you can take the beautiful coastal path to the lovely village of Seahouses, or head inland to the popular market town of Alnwick, with its famous castle and gardens. The popular villages of Warkworth, Bamburgh and Craster are all nearby. You can also take boat trips out to the Farne Islands and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. On entering this spacious dormer bungalow you will find yourself in the attractive and welcoming lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, TV/DVD and wood burner effect electric fire.

The light and airy lounge is perfect for relaxing in after a wonderful day. You will also find a charming dining area where you can enjoy a family meal in style and that leads through into the conservatory. The conservatory provides a great additional space to unwind in. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and a pantry style cupboard.

Exploring the ground floor further you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size sleigh bed and there’s a twin room with pine sleigh beds. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Upstairs are two further dormer bedrooms, both of them cosy twin rooms with views over the village towards the sea.

A shower room with a walk-in shower and WC completes the space. Stepping outside, you can relax in the enclosed, paved garden at the rear of the property with outdoor dining and garden furniture. There is also a garage which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer and has plenty of room for drying wet suits, storing bikes, diving equipment, golf clubs and so on.

There is ample parking space on the drive for two cars, and there is also room for a further vehicle on the grass in front of the cottage.
