Lovely coastal towns including Hunstanton, Brancaster and Thornham are within easy reach, or you could take a trip on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway to Little Walsingham. Also nearby are thriving market towns including Fakenham and Holt. Wells is perfect for exploring miles of stunning coast and beautiful countryside, and is perfect for visiting Sandringham, Houghton House, the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate and Pensthorpe Natural Park. There’s also a wet-room with a power shower and WC. There is a separate ground-floor WC. Going upstairs, the landing offers beautiful views over the marsh, and you will find four more bedrooms. There’s a master bedroom with a super king-size bed, separate dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a corner shower unit and WC.

There’s also a king size bedroom with sea views, a Super king with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC, and a children’s room with full-size bunk beds and 2 single beds. Stepping outside you will find a large slate terrace at the back of the house with garden furniture and a BBQ, allowing you to sit back and dine al fresco.

A few steps lead up to large lawn with children’s toys and a wendy house, which is enclosed by trees, hedges and a five bar gate. There is a large gravel drive at the front of the house with ample parking for four cars.
