Due to its close proximity to the water, you'll be able to access the Norfolk Coast Path from your doorstep, wandering through the wildlife-rich landscapes and soaking in the tranquil sea air. At the heart of the home is the living room, filled with pastel colours, cosy seating and a book-filled shelf for avid readers.

With a light, bright window and a gas stove, you'll be equipped to relax in style whatever the weather. The kitchen is simple yet equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a meal during your stay, boasting views over the water which are magical at all times of the year – especially if you catch sight of some of the rare local birdlife.

There is also a dining room where the group can gather for a meal, and the sunroom which offers access to the great outdoors, as well as a selection of seats where you can kick back and relax. The master bedroom features a double bed whilst the other two rooms feature bunk beds, one with an additional single bed.

This means that the property is only suitable for a maximum of four adults, whilst up to four children are welcome to come and stay. For a traditional seaside day out, Hunstanton Beach is 5 miles away with a picturesque pier, rockpools to explore and the SEA LIFE Aquarium which is fantastic for families.

For a regal experience, head to Sandringham (5 miles) to wander through the vast expanse of land, manicured gardens and the historic house which is open daily alongside a cafe where you can indulge in a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
