For 2025 We have improved the outdoor areas by installing Pickett fencing which separates the driveway from the garden areas making these lawned areas separately enclosed. Fully Enclosed lawned garden with furniture with access to larger fully enclosed shared lawned area.
One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Coast 4 miles. Note: This property is adjacent to Ref 935839 and together they can accommodate 12 people. Please note access to the Yorkshire Wolds Way National Trail is a 20-metre walk from the property and is ideal for Dog walkers.
