It’s one of two barn conversions which sit across from each other on a courtyard, which can be booked with its sister property to accommodate six guests. Regretfully the property doesn't accept children under 12. Although you’ll be ‘out in the sticks’, as they say in Devon, you’ll still be within close proximity to some of the region’s top days out.

The lively town of Barnstaple is home to an array of fantastic restaurants and shops and only 7 miles away, while there’s an excellent range of sandy beaches along the nearby coast. The pretty village beach of Instow is 7 miles away, while the quintessential British seaside resort of Westward Ho! and its Blue Flag award-winning beach is 11 miles from the property.
