Manor house is a fabulous property situated in Eastfield near the village of Warkworth, Northumberland. It comprises of five stunningly spacious bedrooms to sleep 10 people, a huge open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and sitting area. There is a patio out at the front of the property with a beautiful flagstone floor and there is ample off-road parking.
This property is the ideal destination for a large family gathering or group of friends wanting to explore this beautiful area. Arrivals are available on Fridays or Mondays, for either 3-night or 7-night stays. Departures are on Fridays or Mondays, depending on whether you've booked a 7-night or 3-night stay.
This property only accepts 7-night bookings in |July and August.Accommodation Summary

Five bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double 1 x king-size bed double 2 x Bathrooms - one with bath, separate shower, basin, bidet and WC, ensuite bathroom with quadrant shower, vanity unit basin and WC and a spacious washroom with wc and fitted vanity unit.

Ample off-road parking. Large patios to the front and side with ample seating, brick built coal BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, church, restaurants, cafes and pubs 2.1 miles. Note: You will need your own log in details and password for Apple TV and Netflix. This property charges a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond.
This will be returned to you no later than 7 days after the holiday provided the cottage is left in the same condition as on arrival. Note: this property has a maximum occupancy of 10. Secure storage available for bikes. This property only accepts 7-day bookings in July and August.
