The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a king size with dressing room, and a twin, all sharing a family shower room. Up four steps is the open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and countryside views.
Outside are two acres of lawn as well as a lawn with picnic tables shared by the three cottages and parking for one car. Just 350 yards from the lovely beach, Coast Path and village shop, 2 Brook Cottages is an excellent neat base for a fun seaside break in South Devon. Two well behaved dogs welcome.Accommodation Summary
