The villages of Pandy (2.5 miles) and Longtown (7 miles) offer traditional village pubs, and further afield you'll find the foodie town of Abergavenny (9 miles).

A gravelled track across a meadow leads to the beautiful barn conversion, featuring old stone walls and wooden shutters. Inside, discover an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling, exposed timber frame, and plenty of glass framing rural views. The kitchen area has everything needed for a self-catering break, and the central dining table provides the perfect setting for memorable mealtimes.

Alternatively, journey to Llangorse Lake (27 miles) for an afternoon on the water. History enthusiasts will enjoy a trip to LLanthony Priory (10 miles) to admire the atmospheric ruins sitting in the shadows of the Black Mountains.
