A wide reception hall leads through to an airy, open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, where you can cook together, sit down to lively meals or simply relax in front of the Smart TV. Find a useful utility room, a separate WC and a snug, to which you can retreat with your book or watch something different on TV.

Head down to the lower ground floor for a movie in the cinema room or to challenge each other to a table football match in the games room. Make your way up to the first floor to find three bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms, and up to the second floor for your family bathroom and three more bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room.

On summer evenings, light the BBQ and enjoy a cool glass of wine out on the patio. Wander down to the famous Tunnels Beaches, less than 0.5 miles away. Bring up to two happy hounds with you on your Devon break and take them for walks along the South West Coast Path, which can be accessed directly from the house.
