Inside, there are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is a shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area.
Outside there is an enclosed courtyard area with furniture provided. Note: Children below the age of 4 cannot be accommodated, sorry. Off-road parking is available. Cottage 1 Newcourt is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Devon's finest sights.Accommodation Summary
