Throw open the French doors from the lounge which lead out into the pretty cottage garden.

With its views out to the rolling hills beyond, the lounge is the ideal place to sit and have a leisurely breakfast or a late brunch before you head out for the day. The warm tones of this room continue throughout the house, making it a welcoming haven to return to. The coast with its long stretches of beaches is heaven for surfers and sunbathers.

Walkers will not miss out as the South West Coast Path stretches right along the peninsula – you can join its course at Perranporth. Visit the engine houses at Wheal Coates, near St Agnes Newquay with its bustling centre and fantastic sandy beaches, or the Cornish capital Truro with its river walks and cathedral.
