You are permitted to unload in Courtenay Street but NOT park as it is Residents Parking only and you will receive a parking ticket if you do so. Private side alley perfect for paddle board and/or kayaks (Convenient location (200m) for water access). All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied.
