The apartment has one bathroom, and a double-size sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping two people. There is an open plan lounge/kitchenette with breakfast bar and dining table with chairs.
French doors lead out to a balcony with stunning views of the main anchorage, communal garden, private outdoor swimming pool and moorings. With great onsite facilities, and boutique shops, beaches, and eateries nearby, 35 The Salcombe is ideal for a couple to enjoy a Salcombe break.Accommodation Summary

TV with Freesat. Communal Wifi in 'The Salcombe' Electric cooker, hob, microwave and fridge. There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and exclusive mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.
Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. No Pets. Strictly No Smoking. All bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own tea towels.
