Butterwell Barn is a superbly presented and very well-equipped dog-friendly holiday home, nestled in the South Devon countryside, just a 10-minute drive from historic Dartmouth. Newly converted, this magnificent property accommodates up to 8 people in four en suite double bedrooms (two ‘master' bedrooms with super-King size beds, and two bedrooms with ‘zip and link' beds that can be singles, or joined to make super-King size beds on request).
The property has a wonderful open plan kitchen/living/dining area, plus study, utility room and cloakroom. Outside there is plenty of parking for up to four cars plus a substantial stone terrace with garden table, sun loungers and large firepit/barbecue!
