Accommodation Summary
Three bedrooms: 1 x super King-size, 1 x twin (which can be made into a super King on request) and 1 x bunk beds.
Kitchen/dining room. Lounge and conservatory with open fire. A family bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, hand basin, w.c and shaver point. Additional shower room with rain shower, hand basin and bidet. Cloakroom with w.c and a small utility room for beach gear and wellies.

Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, four ring ceramic hob/oven/grill. Nespresso and filter coffee machine and air fryer. TV, DVD/CD/Blu-ray. Wifi and broadband available. Parking spaces for 3 medium cars (New for 2023). Baby friendly - travel cot (1200 x 600)(with additional mattress) please note that sheets are not provided for cots, highchair, stair-gate, bath, utensils etc.
Up to 2 dogs welcome, £30 charge per pet, per week is applicable. Enclosed garden, south facing terrace with picnic table BBQ with access to a public footpath for a useful shortcut to the beach, pub, cafe and village shop. All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
