Greystone overlooks the village of Inner Hope Cove, within just a few minutes downhill walk to its sandy beaches, pub, shop and cafes. There is also quick and easy access to the South West Coast Path providing beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages. The property sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, two double rooms, two twin rooms, three en suites and a family bathroom.
There is an open planned kitchen and dining area, spacious sitting room with wood burning stove and utility room. To the front and side of the house is a superb decked balcony with stunning views and gas fired barbeque. There are mature areas of garden to the front and side of the property with a good sized lawn to the rear.
