Harbourfield is a traditional semi-detached house arranged over three levels, extensively refurbished and equipped to provide a very good standard of accommodation in the pretty town of Salcombe. The property sleeps up to eight people (maximum of five adults), in four bedrooms (three are on the first floor along with a family bathroom comprising two doubles – one with an en suite - and one single, plus a further family bedroom on the second floor with bunk beds and a single bed).
The property also features a sitting room, kitchen/dining room and garage/games room. Outside, there are two decking areas and off road parking for one car. The property is ideal for a large family group or one/two couples looking for a spacious holiday home in a quiet position. Note: This property can only accommodate a maximum of 5 adults and 3 childrenAccommodation Summary

Bed linen and bath towels supplied however you will need to bring your own beach towels. Cupboard with many children's games for ages 3-10+, family boardgames and lots of children's books. Note: THE HOUSE SLEEPS 8, BUT NO MORE THAN 5 ADULTS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY BOOKING. No student groups or Stag/Hen parties.
