The detached cottage lies just off a hedge-lined road overlooking farmland that tumbles gently down towards the coast. Each room is bright and welcoming and great care is given to its contemporary decoration, with beamed ceilings, vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework scattered throughout. Stepping into the cottage you enter the kitchen/diner, which has ample table space, a wood burner and French doors at one end leading to the garden.

A utility room stands to the side. A hallway leads to the opposite end of the cottage and two lounges, the first a lounge/library with wood burner and comfortable seating and a secret door that leads to a lounge/TV room. The ground floor also has a double bedroom with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a triple bedroom featuring an impressive range of tech.

The bunk bedroom is perfect for youngsters, and there's a shower room nearby, too. Welcombe and Marsland Mouth beaches lie within 1 mile of the cottage, as does the South West Coast Path, a haven for walkers who can also explore the area's lane and footpaths.
