Note: Though the property is all on the ground floor, the snug room can only be accessed via a step ladder and is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note This property accepts adults only. Note : The owners keep the garden as natural as possible, using no weed killers and leave plants including some flowering weeds to re-seed for nature.

The whole site is dedicated to wildlife well being and encouragement. May and June the fields are used for hay making. Note :Jackdaw's Roost has a genuine Victorian beds with modern mattresses, a stool is provided.
