Outside is a small courtyard and access via a shred pathway to a private, enclosed garden with a shed, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is roadside parking and a free car park in the village. Primrose Cottage offers delightful accommodation, near the city of Exeter. Please note: There are two steps down into the kitchen from the main sitting room. Please note: This property is an older building and has stairs which are slightly steeper than stairs in modern houses.
