Wigrams Canalside Cottage overlooks the canal on the fringes of Napton-on-the-Hill, in beautiful Warwickshire countryside. It plays host to one king-size double bedroom (zip/link can be twins on request), sleeping two people. There is also a shower room inside and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area, breakfast island and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Outside is off-road parking for one car at the owner's property next door and you also have a large unenclosed garden with views over the canal. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. i n rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 to 3 cars at owner's property next door. Shared garden with views over canal. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles. Dogs must be on a lead when outside animals on-site.
Note: Care to be taken in the garden, due to tree stumps and rabbit holes in the wood, and steep banks by the pond. Note: The cottage is immediately alongside the canal, if any guests have a boat, you may wish to moor alongside with a gate straight off the canal towpath. Note: Local boat hire available at close proximity to the property.
