There is also a family bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, dining room with multi-fuel stove, sitting room with conservatory and an external games room accessed via the unenclosed, multi-level garden. Outside is also a second garden area with an enclosed patio featuring an unfenced pond and there is also designated parking and a complimentary parking permit.

Cycle rack available. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than 100 metres: Tesco Metro very near. Please note: Fence by the river for children's safety. Please note: property sits on a main road through town; some associated traffic noise may be heard at busy times.
