Nefydd is a lovely detached bungalow in Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula. All on one level, it offers three bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin, all with Smart TVs), a shower room, and a cloakroom. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove and large Smart TV with streaming apps (use your own accounts and log out on departure).
The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a utility area with a washing machine. Reliable WiFi and four Smart TVs provided. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power included. Outside is a large lawned garden, patio furniture, and a relaxing brook—children must be supervised.
Parking for three cars. Half a mile to the railway station with links to local attractions, plus nearby steam railways. Easy drives to Portmeirion, Bodnant Gardens, Plas yn Rhiw, and Gweilch Y Glaslyn for osprey viewing. Close to cycling routes, walks, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Family friendly with cot and highchair.

All-ground-floor with fantastic sea and castle views from the property and a beach within walking distance. Three bedrooms: 2 x doubles with Smart TVs, 1 x twin with Smart TV. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Living/dining room with woodburning stove. Lounge area has large wall mounted Smart TV.

Smart TVs have Netflix/Prime apps etc (guests will need to use their own account and please remember to log out before departure). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Large lawned garden and patio area with furniture.
A very relaxing brook runs through the property grounds, but please do supervise children around the brook. The property is family friendly with a cot and highchair available. Birdwatching/walking/hiking/water sports guests are also welcome as are golfers and anglers. Ample off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
The bungalow is also only half a mile from the railway station and so the property is fantastic for guests who don't drive or prefer not to while on holiday. Many places of local interest can be reached by train, even to Aberystwyth and for train lovers there are also many steam trains in the region.
Day trips are also possible by car to Bodnant Gardens and Plas yn Rhiw, a 16th century Manor House with ornamental gardens and fabulous views. Also worth visiting is Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn to see the Ospreys' nesting and breeding grounds. Criccieth is on the sustrans national cycle route 8 and the National Trust Porth Meudwy coastal walk, with walks from Porthmadog through Criccieth to Pwllheli.
Criccieth also has kayaking and paddleboarding available. Easy to get to Portmeiron (entrance fee may apply), location of 'The Prisoner' TV series, with an Italian village, restaurants and ice cream shops. Sorry, no smoking and regrettably no pets. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.3 miles. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
