The studio-style apartment comes with a pull-down double bed, a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area with a single sofa bed, which can be made up on request, however ideally suited for two people. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a communal utility on the ground floor.

Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. Balcony with table and chairs. Access to communal garden, slipway, pontoon & outdoor heated swimming pool.
