Located within walking distance of the stunning Beadnell Bay where you can play in the sand dunes, picnic on the beach, go rock-pooling or try your hand at one of many water sports on offer and this is the only west-facing harbour on the east coast of England so, romantic sunset strolls are a must. Bamburgh is 4 miles away for visits to the Castle and great restaurants and shops and Seahouses lies between with a bustling harbour offering boat trips to the Farne Islands and visits to Holy Island and Alnwick Gardens and Castle are firm favourite days out. From the gravelled parking area there are two small stone steps up to the front door and into a hallway which leads directly through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

There are beautiful wooden floors throughout the ground floor and dual aspect windows allow the light to flood in. The large leather sofas provide comfortable seating where you can relax close to the warming wood burner and for cosy nights in you can watch a movie on the Smart TV. The bright kitchen is easy to work in and has everything you need including an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The back door leads out into the patio garden and is a stable-door style so you can open the top half for fresh air or keep an eye on the children while you are cooking. You can choose to dine together inside at the smart, wooden table or head outside to the garden for an al-fresco meal in warmer months.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom/WC just off the hallway. Heading upstairs, there are three well-presented bedrooms; a king-size, a double and a twin and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over and WC. This property has an eco friendly system installed for the hot water supply. Outside, there is a patio garden with a large table and seating plus a lovely, sheltered area with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and lighting.
