The property lies just outside Talgarth (2 miles), a cheerful market town making a great base for exploring the north-eastern corner of the Brecon Beacons. Dominated by the Black Mountains, including Waun Fach and The Sugar Loaf, the area is perfect for hikers and experienced walkers. Other local attractions include Tretower Court and Castle, Bronllys Castle and Llangorse Lake – a popular spot for water sports, all within 10 miles.
