The location just cannot be beaten and is conveniently situated with three public houses and restaurants at the neighbouring Strawberry Bank, Bowland Bridge and Winster.

These are within a 25 minute walk or a short drive. It is also close to the bustling village of Bowness. After parking your car in one of the two parking spaces, step into the large and spacious open plan kitchen/diner with its exposed wooden beams and vaulted ceiling, the kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to cook that hearty breakfast or indeed have a romantic ambient dinner. Just off the dining area is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin. The sitting room has floor to ceiling windows and French doors, enabling you to admire the views.

Sit and watch the TV or relax and read a book. Step out from here and sit on the patio and watch the sun set or enjoy that BBQ or chilled drink of an evening. Take the stairs to a mezzanine area, a great chill out area with seating, a good place to sit and plan the day ahead. The bedroom too had great views and on the same level has a fully tiled shower room with basin and WC. To the rear of the property is a single brick store which is lockable with electric, ideal for safe storage of mountain bikes or canoes.

This area can also be used to dry wet clothing.
