Based in the traditional seaside village of Gulval, just 2 miles from Marazion you’ll be in a prime position for exploring the spectacular coastline and iconic locations such as Penzance and Newlyn.

Catch the surf, bask in the sunshine or tackle the South West Coast Path with a picnic, rounding off your day with a sunset supper gazing across the sea to St Michael’s Mount. Back at the property, toast marshmallows on the fire pit and delve into your welcome pack. The hub of the home is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its contemporary yet cosy furniture and decor that combines neutral tones with bold splashes of colour.

Perch at the island whilst your designated chef makes good use of the range of gadgets on offer in the kitchen, or grab a mug of something hot to unwind on the sofas and admire the sea views. On chilly nights, the cinema room is perfect for enjoying snacks and drinks whilst watching an exciting film.

Five bedrooms provide restful sleeping quarters when you return from your adventures, two of which boast their own en-suite facilities. There’s also a handy shower room for refreshing yourself, and a fabulous bathroom complete with a bath and separate shower. The pub is on your doorstep for the nights you don’t feel like cooking, but thanks to the BBQ/fire pit you’ll be able to sizzle up a feast in the comfort of your garden.

There’s ample lawn space for the children and canine companions to play, and the patio offers spectacular views of the sea over your evening glass of wine.
