Stepping inside this stylish home, you will be welcomed into the open-plan living area, flooded with natural light, and containing plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to spend evenings together in front of the TV. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up tasty meals and preparing picnics for your days out, and a dining room is ideal for tucking into delicious dinners together.

Alternatively, get stuck into a good book, or simply admire the stunning views from the superb sunroom. A handy bathroom with shower and WC completes the downstairs. When you are ready for some shuteye, head upstairs to find the four spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, all of which adorned with exposed beams.

There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a family bedroom with twin beds, and two single pull-out beds. There is also another bathroom on this level. Outside of the property is a superb, enclosed garden, with seating area and a vast lawn space. Sennybridge (4 miles) is a pretty village set on the River Usk in the rolling Brecon Beacons.

Here you will find a selection of country pubs and a handy shop. Head off on foot and ramble along the many walking routes where you can soak up the Welsh countryside air, and spot local wildlife. Visit the superb show caves at Dan-Yr-Ogof (7 miles) or climb the imposing Pen y Fan (11.5 miles).
