Please could we remind you that smoking is not permitted in this property and candles or any naked flame/fireplaces should not be used.
One well behaved dog welcome. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. There are 12 external steps with a handrail to the front door. Dogs are only permitted in the gardens, if well behaved and strictly always kept on leads, away from flower and vegetables beds; any fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of correctly.
