Two flights of stairs leading up to apartment. Sitting room leading to dining room. Bathroom with bath, large separate walk-in shower (with rainhead and hand-held showers), w.c., wash-hand basin, towel rail and illuminated mirror. Shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Facilities
Four-ring gas hob, integrated electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. The adjacent UTILITY AREA has a washer/dryer and freezer. Widescreen Smart TV. Gas fired central heating and hot water.
Wifi available. No Pets or smoking permitted. Annual parking pass is provided for the long stay car park (Mayors Avenue) subject to availability/space.Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. Bed linen and towels supplied - guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
There are two narrow flights of steps leading up to the duplex apartment. Please note there is a fire alarm test carried out every Thursday around 10am.
