Holly Lodge is a superb wooden lodge resting on the outskirts of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with sofa bed.
Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed patio garden with seating, barbecue and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Holly Lodge is perfect for enjoying a refreshing break with loved ones.Accommodation Summary

Note: This lodge is on one level with an instep in each doorway of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request.
Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Sofa bed in sitting room can sleep children and is not suitable for adults. Please Note: This owner cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in at the property. The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool
