There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and one single. Open-plan living space on the first floor with a kitchen, dining area, and seating area. Central heating powered by oil. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

For entertainment, there is a TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking for two cars is available on a private basis. There is a patio with furniture. We welcome two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. A shop is 0.5 mile away, a pub is 0.8 mile away, and the beach is 1 mile away.

Please keep in mind that children under the age of five are not permitted at this property. Towels are not provided at this property, please remember to bring your own. There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the on-site laundry room. Please keep in mind that the only way to get to the shower room is through the double bedroom.
