Charmouth draws many visitors for good reason. As well as a stretch of beach popular with fossil hunters, there is a good range of local amenities. 2 miles south-west is ever-popular Lyme Regis, which is home to a famous ‘Cobb’ where you can take a boat trip or set off on foot around the picture-postcard streets lined with boutique shops, galleries, cafes and pubs.

Those wishing to get active can hike up Golden Cap, where you will find stunning views, or plan a route along a section of the South West Coast Path. Ideally situated for touring, from here you can visit many attractions lining the Jurassic Coast in both Devon and Dorset. Accessed via a shared gravel drive, the private entrance door gives access to this ground-floor property.

Once inside, you are met with a striking open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To the rear of the space is a contemporary kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A door leads from this room and up a step into a stylish king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom comprising of a free-standing bath, separate shower and WC. There is no outdoor space due to the style of the property, however, there is an off-road parking space to the front of the property, and the beach and green spaces are within walking distance.
