The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, a double (zip/link) and two second-floor twins, along with a bathroom, shower room and a ground-floor shower room hosting a washing machine and tumble dryer also.
Outside, there is a large lawn with furniture and an enclosed smaller garden with furniture and a stream, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 1.4 miles, a pub.

UNFENCED STREAM RUNNING LENGTH OF GARDEN. LIVESTOCK MAY BE PRESENT IN FIELDS SURROUNDING THE PROPERTY. THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY NATIONAL TRUST LAND.
OTHER THAN FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING PURPOSES, NO CARS MUST BE LEFT OUTSIDE THE PARKING AREA (WITHIN THE GATES OF THE FRONT DRIVE) SO AS NOT TO OBSTRUCT ANY PART OF THE PUBLIC FOOTPATH, WHICH IS ALSO USED BY AGRICULTURAL VEHICLES.
