The two-storey cottage is attached to the owner's home and stands in a quiet corner of a residential area close to the A61, one of the main roads in and out of this charming cathedral city. Contemporary in looks and feel, the cottage's light and welcoming rooms are blessed with stylish and comfortable soft furnishings that are spread across hard and carpeted flooring.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner dominates the ground floor and features inviting seating throughout with large windows and doors at either end letting in plenty of natural light. The ruins of Fountains Abbey are just 4 miles from the cottage, and walkers and cyclists can explore stunning landscapes in both the Nidderdale National Landscape and Yorkshire Dales National Park (both within 15 miles).
